Plead with the Mountain God version 1.0.2. - Xbox Controller Support and Other Improvements!

Plead with the Mountain God was originally made with a Playstation controller in mind (it was made for the HauntedPS1 Summer of Screams jam, after all), but we wanted to add support for other controllers as well. Since we hadn't researched it beforehand, there was no time to do that during the jam, but that time is here now!

Xbox controllers should work now, and the game automatically switches between Playstation, Xbox and PC icons depending on the control method used.

The patch also contains a handful of other improvements (full patch notes below).

September 8, 2020.

- Removed the test feature of being able to press R to reset the game (I think it was there the whole time, hopefully no-one pressed it by accident ^^,).
- Added support for Xbox controllers. Only tested with an Xbox One controller, but should work with a 360 one as well.
-- Other controllers *can* work as well, but none have been tested, and there are no icons for those (if another controller works, the game will most likely default to the Playstation icons, but might use the Xbox ones depending on the controller).
- Added icons for PC and Xbox button prompts, and automatic switching between Playstation, Xbox and PC icons depending on the control method used.
- Both the camera and the player should now face the intended direction every time the player respawns after death, or starts a new game.
